• Please note Blueberrys reserve the right to perform a total clip off in order to avoid unnecessary suffering & stress to the dog (Animal Welfare Act 2006)

• A surcharge of an extra £10.00 per hour will be incurred for a total clip off.

• Additional charges may be incurred for extra time needed to detangle/remove debris from the dogs coat.

• We reserve the right to take your dog to the vets should the need arise during it's stay at Blueberrys. Any charges incurred will be the owners responsibility.

• Dogs found to have fleas will incur an extra charge of £5.00 to cover the extra cleaning necessary.

• Any dog found to be too aggressive or nervous to complete the groom safely will be returned to the owner as soon as possible & the full groom price will be charged.

• Blueberrys reserves the right to turn dogs away showing signs of illness.

• Whist every care & attention are taken we cannot except liability for any loss, damage, theft or injury to any person, animal or possession howsoever caused.

• In the interest of health & hygiene & for the comfort of your dog please make sure they have been toileted before arriving for the groom.

• Anal glands are not a standard part of the groom.

• Payment is due at time of collection. We except cash or BACs. If paying by BACS payment should preferably be made before collection or within a maximum of 48 hours.

• By booking your dog in for a service it is deemed you have read & agreed with these terms & conditions.
